1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar (apple cider)
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
4 tbsp. celery seed

Stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour the dressing in a container with a lid and refrigerate. The dressing can be used also for potato salad or macaroni salad.
