STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs

Beat all together for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or French cream frosting.

FRENCH CREAM FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. regular sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream shortening, butter, sugar and flour. Add milk and vanilla. Beat for 10 minutes until creamy.
