QUICHE LORRAINE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 oz. processed Gruyere
2-3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Onion flakes (opt.)
4-5 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
4 oz. lean boiled ham, shredded
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Combine above, pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
