SNOWBALL SPECIALS 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. Quaker 100% Natural cereal
Shredded coconut

Beat together butter, sugar and almond extract until light and fluffy. Add flour and cereal; mix well. Shape to form 1 inch balls; roll in coconut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in preheated moderate oven (325 degrees F) about 20 minutes. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
