3 c. flour
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. tap water
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water. Stir only to mix and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
