Sift into 8 or 9 inch baking pan:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa (I've even used Nesquick)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Make 3 depressions in dry mixture and put in:

5 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. vinegar

Pour over all 1 cup cold water. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 1 hour.
