EASY PEACH COBBLER 
Crust of this cobbler rises to the top of the dish.

3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
2 to 3 c. sliced peaches

In mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Set aside. Melt butter in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour flour mixture over butter in baking dish, dot with sliced peaches. Do not stir.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust rises to top and browns.

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream!.
