CRANBERRY SHERBET | |
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce 1 c. crushed ice 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 to 3 drops red food coloring In blender, combine 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce, 1 cup crushed ice, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and few drops of red food coloring. Blend high until thick, about 2 minutes. Freeze, covered, in 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Serves 3. Easy! Good! |
