SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. red paprika

In saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, green pepper, and pimento with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water, add to hot mixture. Cook until bubbly, stirring. Cool, add paprika.

MEATBALLS:

1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 sm. minced onion
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, shape into small balls, fry, drain, place meatballs in baking dish, pour sauce over them. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
