GROUND TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 (15 oz.) cans dark & regular red kidney beans
1 (28 oz.) can peeled Italian tomatoes, cut up
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers (opt.)
1/8 c. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Brown turkey and onions (stir a lot) in Dutch oven. Stir in undrained beans and remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours. 12 (1 cup) servings. Serve on whole grain brown rice (low cholesterol, high in protein and fiber. Low calories and oil.
