EGG BREAD 
2 cups cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
2 egg whites, beaten

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg yolks to buttermilk and stir into dry ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased black iron skillet.

Bake at 400°F 25 minutes or until brown.
