1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1 egg
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together and drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.

FILLING:

1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and Crisco until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix and spread on 1 cookie and put another on top.
