GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
3 c. green beans, cooked and drained
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute beef and onion; drain and add soup and water. Simmer 5 minutes. In a deep dish, place 1/2 of beef mixture and add green beans.

Place remaining beef mixture on top of beans. Spread mashed potatoes on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
