SCALLOPED POTATOES DELUXE 
6 lg. or 12 med. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 to 3/4 c. cornflake crumbs

Boil potatoes and cube. Mix soup, sour cream, onions, all but 1/4 cup cheese, and salt and pepper. Gently fold into potatoes. Combine melted butter with cornflake crumbs and put on top of potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
