HAM AND POTATOES AU GRATIN 
3 c. cut-up cooked potatoes
4 c. cut-up ham
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of onion soup
1/2 lb. processed American cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. horseradish
1 (2/8 oz.) can fried onion rings
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Black pepper
No salt

Mix in a 9x13 inch baking dish ham and potatoes. In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine milk, soup, cheese, and seasonings. Stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Pour sauce over ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with can of onion rings. Bake 10 minutes more, or until onions are golden brown.
