AU GRATIN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
5 or 6 potatoes 1 1/2 c. diced ham 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 can white sauce 1/2 of an onion, diced Boil potatoes (20 minutes), peel and slice in rounds. Layer some potatoes in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Spread some ham and cheese and onion on top of potatoes. Pour some white sauce on top. Repeat until ingredients are gone. The top layer should be only potatoes and white sauce. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees (cover for the last 10 minutes). Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. |
