MICROWAVABLE HAM-BROCCOLI AU
GRATIN
 
2 c. frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed and drained
1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2 1/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cut up fully cooked ham
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika

Mix potatoes, water and 2 tbsp. butter in 2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir in sauce mix and milk until well mixed. Stir in broccoli and ham. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave until potatoes and broccoli are tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer, stir.

Place 1 tsp. butter in 10 oz. custard cup. Microwave uncovered on high until melted, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir in corn flakes and paprika; sprinkle over potato mixture. Let stand uncovered 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
