CRAZY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
8 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift all ingredients into 14 x 10 x 2 inch loaf cake pan. Make three wells into dry ingredients. Mix together liquid ingredients and pour into wells and mix together.

Pour 2 cups cold water all over and mix thoroughly with a fork.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

CRAZY CAKE FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Beat until creamy and slowly add 1/2 cup heated warm milk. Add 1 egg white beaten stiff and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy and frost your cake.
