COFFEE LUNCHEON CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk

Cream butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add alternately with milk.

CRUMB TOP:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Rub into crumbs. Spread on top of batter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
