KALUAH CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/4 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. Kaluah
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix crust ingredients and press in bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Beat cheese; add sugar and eggs and beat well. Stir in coffee, Kaluah and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. It will look soft.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on hot filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
