SWEET POTATO SOUFLEE | |
1 lg. can yams, drained (about 3 c. mashed) 1 c. white sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/3 stick butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1/3 stick butter Mix first 7 ingredients and put in 1 1/2 quart greased dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. |
