COCONUT SHEET CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (12 oz.) size frozen coconut
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cake according to package directions. Add 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring and 6 ounce frozen coconut. Bake by directions on cake mix package. When cake is done pierce with a fork all over. Spoon following mixture over cake.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Add enough water to make 1 3/4 cup. Ice with Cool Whip and 6 ounce coconut mixed together. Refrigerate.
