SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper
garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 box (7 oz.) spaghetti (not whole box needed), cooked

Brown ground chuck and onion. Drain. Add soups, garlic salt, chili powder, salt, pepper, and half of cheese. Add drained spaghetti. Mix well. Spread remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
