SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti 1/2 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 3 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Prepare baking dish 8 x 12 inch or 9 x 13 inch by greasing lightly. Gently mix spaghetti noodles with milk and egg mixture. Spread in baking dish. Spoon sauce over top and place pepperoni slices over sauce. Place grated cheese over pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. (May substitute other meat if wish to do so.) This can be prepared ahead of time, covered with foil and kept in refrigerator up to 6 hours. |
