CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Potato chips

Boil and debone chicken. Get all thighs or mix with legs. Add Velveeta cheese to chicken. Saute small onion if desired in butter and add to chicken. Add soups and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Have spaghetti cooking. Add to chicken and cheese. Put in casserole, sprinkle potato chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
