CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked rice
1 fryer, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 cans water
1 chicken bouillon cube

Place rice in deep casserole dish. Place chicken over rice. Sauté onion in melted butter. Pour over chicken. Mix soups, water and bouillon cube and pour over chicken.

Bake at 375°F until chicken is done.
