SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 6 or 7 fresh peaches, halved 1 (9") crust Mix together sugar, eggs and sour cream and beat. Place peaches, rounded side up, in the crust. Pour mixture over and bake 15 minutes at 475 degrees, then 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Should be light golden brown on top. |
