SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sour cream

Cut butter into small pieces. Add to flour and salt. Use fingers to blend. Add sour cream stirring with fork. Use hands to work dough into a ball, then flatten and place in pie pan. Press dough out from center and on up sides of pan. Prick holes in crust with fork. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Fill with sliced peaches.

CUSTARD:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. sour cream

Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly. Beat egg and egg yolk with mixer. Add to dry ingredients with almond extract and sour cream. Pour custard over peaches. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until custard is set. Serves 6-8.
