SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE | |
1 (9-inch) pie crust 2 c. chopped peaches 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. flour TOPPING: 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. butter Stir all together and pour into pie crust. Stir topping with fork until crumbly. Place on top of pie. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
