SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. sliced peaches (may take 3 c. to fill crust)
Dash of salt
9 inch unbaked pie crust

Combine above ingredients and place in pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven, then 30 minutes in 350 degrees.

CRUMB TOPPING:

2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Cinnamon to taste

Make crumb topping by cutting melted butter into dry ingredients. Sprinkle on the pie and bake another 10 minutes or until topping is crisp.
