SISTER ALBERTA'S SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter, melted

Combine all ingredients except topping. Pour into 7x11 inch casserole.

Combine topping ingredients and pour evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be refrigerated overnight, but put topping on just before baking.
