1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 eggs
1 c. oil (Crisco)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/3 c. flour

Cream sugar, eggs, butter and oil together. Add salt, soda, tartar and vanilla. Add flour; chill dough. Use tablespoon to form a 1 inch ball. Press with a designed glass bottom dipped in sugar.
