LITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
PROTEIN MILKSHAKE
 
1 large scoop chocolate casein protein powder
1/2 to 3/4ths cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp PB2 (peanut butter) powder (can be found in most organic aisles)
1 Tbsp sugar-free hazelnut syrup
1 packet stevia
5 to 6 ice cubes
1 cup water or almond milk
fat-free whipped cream, to garnish

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 10 seconds, stop and mix, and blend again until smooth. Garnish with fat-free whipped cream. For thicker consistency, add only 3/4ths cup water/milk and/or 3/4ths cup fat-free cottage cheese instead of 1/2 cup.

Entire recipe about 200 calories per serving.

Note: Casein protein powder will provide a thicker consistency than whey protein powder.
