2 tbsp. butter 1 egg yolk 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar 1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate, grated 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring 1/3 c. chocolate jimmies (sprinkles) Cream butter in small bowl using electric mixer at medium speed. Blend in egg yolk gradually add confectioners sugar, beating well. Add chocolate and rum flavor, mixing just until blended. Form mixture into 1/2 inch balls and roll in the jimmies. Place on wax paper lined jelly roll pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. Yields 2 dozen. |
