CREAM OF WHEAT DUMPLINGS 
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. reg. cream of wheat
1 pinch baking soda
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs well. Add pinch of baking soda to cream of wheat. Add salt and pepper to eggs, then add cream of wheat to eggs. Mix well. Let stand for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Do not mix or disturb in any way. Take 1/2 tsp. of dumpling mix and drop into hot boiling broth. Eat and enjoy!!
