CHEESE CAULIFLOWER 
1 head cauliflower

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (has to be real mayonnaise)
Lemon juice, less than 1/4 c.
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded cheese

OPTIONAL:

Mushrooms
S livered almonds or bread crumbs on top
Paprika

Peel and break off small pieces of cauliflower. Par boil with lid until tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Drain in colander. Put cauliflower in sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
