SALMON - POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dehydrated scalloped potatoes
1 1/3 c. chopped celery
1 (1 lb.) can drained and flaked salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

In large skillet, prepare potatoes according to package directions, adding celery. When potatoes are cooked, add remaining ingredients. Toss gently and simmer until heated through.
