RUMP ROAST 
Rump roast
Seasoning salt
Coarsely ground pepper
Sage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub all seasonings covering all sides of roast. For rare, cook 20-22 minutes per pound on a roasting pan, open. Let stand for 15 minutes after removing from oven. Slice beef roast on a diagonal and very thinly. Eye of the round and London broil can be substituted.
