SWEET POTATO SUPREME 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, whole or cut
1 med. can sweet potatoes, whole or cut
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. bag mini marshmallows
1 lb. bag regular size marshmallows
1 lb. pkg. chopped walnuts or pecans

Heat sweet potatoes in saucepan with juice until hot. Drain and pour into a casserole dish. Mash with butter and mini marshmallows until smooth like mashed potatoes. If desired, you may add a little milk. I use a mixer. When desired consistency, fold in nuts and smooth top evenly.

Line top with large marshmallows and brown in 350 degree oven. These sometimes will brown quickly depending on how long your oven has been on, so be sure to watch them. "This is a definite plus for holiday meals."
