RICE CREAM 
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. rice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipped heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

GRAPE SAUCE:

1 c. grape juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Cook milk, rice, sugar, and salt slowly in double boiler for 2 hour or more. Cool until well chilled; fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Thin with milk if necessary. Serve with grape sauce.

Grape Sauce: Boil grape juice and sugar. Add cornstarch in water and boil until thickened. Cool until well chilled.
