SWEET POTATO-CRANBERRY BAKE 
8 lg. yams
2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. lg. marshmallows

In 3-quart casserole, mix potatoes, cranberries, butter, sugar, orange rind, and juice and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and bake 15 minutes longer. (Recipe does not call for cinnamon, but I use cinnamon.)
