1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes ("OreIda" Potatoes O'Brien) 1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs, mixed with melted butter (butter) Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour into greased pan. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
