STRAWBERRIES WITH GRAND MARNIER
"FONDUE"
 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
1 tsp. grated orange peel
4 c. lg. strawberries, preferably with stems

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until light. Gradually beat in evaporated milk, egg yolks and Grand Marnier until smooth. Stir in orange peel. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. Serve with strawberries for dipping. Makes about 6 servings.
