COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Grease a 9 inch pie plate with butter. Pour all ingredients into pie plate. Sprinkle with coconut. (Add some nutmeg if desired to top.) Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool before serving.
