Steak and Gravy

This is a MUST. For years have heard of an elderly man that lived in the mountains of Tennessee... that could prepare the best steak anyone had ever tasted. They knew his steak had black coffee, vinegar & Worcestershire... but had no idea - how he prepared. This was supposedly done on a wood stove. This seems to have the ingredients I have heard mentioned. This HAS to be an upcoming recipe... as a "just in case". Please - submit any other great recipes you might have... especially using steak.
