SWISS STEAK IN GRAVY 
1 lg. round steak
1 onion, sliced
1 can mixed vegetables
1 sm. can tomato puree
Flour as needed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut steak into nice size pieces. Roll in flour, salt and pepper. Make a thick gravy from the fat used in browning the steak and add tomato puree, stirring into the gravy. Add sliced onions and mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
