ISLAND STEAK AND GRAVY 
1 lb. round steak, cut in small pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water

Brown steak in small amount of grease. Remove steak and make gravy with flour, water, catsup, soy sauce, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Add steak and simmer 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
