MINUTE STEAK & GRAVY 
4 minute steaks
1/2 - 3/4 c. self rising flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 - 1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. corn oil

Salt and pepper steaks to taste, then bread with flour. Brown steaks in a skillet with oil. (Add additional flour if needed with oil and brown.) Add water to cover steaks, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer at lower heat for 1 to 2 hours.
