STEAK AND GRAVY 
2 lbs. steak
Salt and pepper to taste
3 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. white sauce
Flour

Cut steak in portions; roll in flour. Add salt and pepper. Brown steak in oil. Put in pressure cooker. Add 3 cups water and cook 15 minutes. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1/3 cup white sauce. Cook until thick.
