COCONUT MOUND BARS 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. coconut
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar, shortening, eggs, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut and pour condensed milk over top. Bake 15 minutes more. Frost with chocolate frosting.
